WE PUT THE STUDENT AT THE FOREFRONT OF OUR VISION.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that all of our students…
regardless of their academic ability, behavioural history, ethnicity or socio-economic background are offered meaningful educational experiences and opportunities to achieve. We aim to rebuild our students’ relationship with learning and lay the foundations for continuing success.
Our Vision
We put the student at the forefront of our vision.
Complex external pressures in large, mainstream secondary schools can mean that many young people with social and emotional difficulties find it difficult to adapt, leading to disengagement and a deterioration of behaviour.
We believe that every student should be able to identify and achieve personal goals through a meaningful educational experience.
We put the student at the forefront of our vision. Our bespoke curriculums are guided by their strengths and interests, whilst our adaptive environment and supportive staff ensure that their individual needs are met and barriers to learning overcome.
We deliver our vision through dedicated, highly experienced facilitators; an adaptable environment and tailored provision for each individual.
“Leaders, teachers and mentors have high expectations of pupils. Staff live out the school’s motto daily by ‘putting the student at the forefront of their vision’.”
“Parents and carers are very positive about the school, especially the pastoral care. Typically, a parent commented, ‘The school has supported my child beyond my expectation. My child would not have been able to continue his education if it were not for this school. The staff never give up on him’.”
